Compact Storage - Maxstor Mobile Systems
Compact's maxstor mobile base system is a heavy duty mobile solution designed for medical records, x-ray storage, office files, archive filing, box storage, magnetic tape and film storage, library storage, museum storage, retail stock and automotive storage where there is a need for mobile bases over 6m long which are heavily loaded with books, archive boxes, medical records, x-rays etc. Maxstor mobile storage solutions should also be considered where the floor is uneven or in a poor state of repair.
Maxstor mobile bases can be designed to take a range of shelving and racking systems up to a height of 7m.
The welded mobile bases run on guided, fully levelled tracks with an integral anti tip device. To compensate for the tracks being generally proud of the floor slab we provide a tongue and groove flooring grade chipboard infill floor between the tracks, with ramped access from the operating end of the system to avoid trip hazards. Movement of the mobile bases is via a push lock hand wheel which when locked prevents aisles be closed whilst in operation.
A variety of shelving systems can be installed on top of the mobile bases to suit load or accessibility requirements.
Document storage shelving known as deltastor accommodates lower budget requirements such as medical records, x-rays and file storage applications.
Clearstor shelving provides BS5454 compliant storage solutions as well as higher value office filing and library applications.
Eurostor shelving offers heavier duty storage solutions for larger, high density applications, typically found in a more industrial situation where stock, archives or museum artefacts of varying sizes may be stored.
Light and heavy duty racking and pallet racking systems can also be accommodated on maxstor mobile bases for the storage of furniture, palletised storage, retail stock and museum artefacts as well as densely stored archive boxes.
